Job Summary

We are hiring an IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to support global, multi-country businesses across Property, Care Services, and new start-up divisions.

The role includes managing and supporting IT systems for international teams, ensuring high availability, security, and smooth operations across geographically distributed users.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support & Device Management

  • Provide 1st–3rd line IT support for international users
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding across countries
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops & mobile devices
  • Handle VPN, printers, scanners and remote troubleshooting

Microsoft 365 / Cloud Administration

  • Manage global M365 users, policies, MFA, and licensing
  • Support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and compliance
  • Backup, archiving and data recovery tasks

Security & Cyber Protection

  • Manage EDR tools and security alerts
  • Support SIEM/SOC monitoring
  • Perform vulnerability scans and remediation
  • Maintain Cyber Essentials / CE+ compliance
  • Ensure device encryption & security standards

Infrastructure & Networking

  • Manage routers, switches, firewalls and WiFi for international offices
  • Configure LAN/WAN, VLANs, guest networks
  • Support NAS devices, UPS units, and meeting room systems
  • Use RMM tools for remote monitoring and patching

Connectivity & Telephony

  • Support leased lines, broadband, 5G and mobile internet
  • Configure hosted VoIP systems for multi-location teams

Backup, Continuity & Compliance

  • Manage cloud & on-prem backup systems
  • Support global disaster recovery procedures

Technology Planning & Documentation

  • Maintain IT documentation and asset databases
  • Work with business heads across countries
  • Contribute to IT strategy and process improvements

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years in IT Support / Systems Engineering
  • Experience supporting multi-country / global teams
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune
  • Knowledge of firewalls, switching, routing & WiFi
  • Hands-on with EDR tools
  • Backup systems, DR and cybersecurity practices
  • Familiarity with Cyber Essentials
  • Excellent communication for international user support

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RMM, SIEM/SOC, VoIP
  • NAS/SAN storage, Azure Cloud
  • Certifications: A+, N+, Security+, CCNA, AZ-900, MD-102, MS-102
