We are seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. This role involves working across the full ML lifecycle—from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring—while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical foundations, hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks, and the ability to mentor teams and define best practices.

Hands-on experience in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models

Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques

Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Expertise in feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization

End-to-end ML lifecycle experience including experimentation, deployment, and monitoring

Strong knowledge of model performance metrics, bias detection, robustness, and validation

Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into ML solutions

Ability to provide technical mentorship and establish ML best practices

Exposure to MLOps tools, pipelines, and workflows

Experience with cloud-based ML development and deployment

Knowledge of model optimization techniques for efficient inference

Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles

Experience: 6+ Years Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related disciplines
