We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Developer – Trainee who is passionate about machine learning and data-driven problem solving. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who have a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and are eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world AI/ML projects.
Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models under guidance from senior team members.
Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
Implement and test basic ML algorithms such as linear regression, classification, and decision trees.
Support experimentation and model validation using Jupyter Notebooks.
Participate in code reviews and team discussions to learn best practices and improve code quality.
Learn and follow ML ops best practices for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
Collaborate in agile/sprint ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Perform data analysis and visualization to derive insights using appropriate libraries.
Document workflows, experiments, and results clearly.
Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver assigned tasks.
Basic understanding of statistics and linear algebra.
Strong fundamentals in programming and algorithms.
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms (linear regression, decision trees, classification techniques).
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and ML tasks.
Familiarity with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks.
Knowledge of data visualization using Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of model evaluation metrics and ML workflows.
Any graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Candidates with relevant projects, internships, or GitHub profiles will be preferred.
Exposure to deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Academic or internship project experience in AI/ML.
Familiarity with deep learning concepts (CNNs, RNNs – basic level).
Basic knowledge of SQL or data handling techniques.
Awareness of version control systems like Git.
Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
Interest in staying updated with the latest AI/ML trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
