We are hiring an experienced Azure GenAI Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable, production-grade chatbot and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure cloud services.

Build and operate chatbot services using Azure OpenAI (chat + embeddings) .

Implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, Azure AI Search vector/hybrid retrieval, grounded responses with citations).

Develop secure tool/function-calling bots integrated via Azure API Management.

Manage multi-turn conversations with session/state handling and memory strategies.

Apply security best practices (Entra ID, Managed Identity, RBAC, Key Vault, audit logging).

Implement resiliency (retries, caching, rate limiting, async processing).

Build monitoring & evaluation dashboards (token usage, hallucination checks, tool-call metrics).

Deliver via CI/CD and IaC (Docker, Terraform/Bicep, Container Apps/AKS).

Strong backend development experience (Python / NodeJS / .NET).

Hands-on experience building LLM/chatbot solutions with RAG.

Azure cloud expertise (identity, networking, deployment, monitoring).

Knowledge of LLM security risks (prompt injection, tool misuse prevention).

Experience with observability tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics).

Databricks / ML experimentation tools.

Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.

A hands-on engineer who can deliver secure, cost-optimized, enterprise-ready GenAI systems in production environments.
