Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

Implement and consume RESTful APIs, model data access with Hibernate/JPA, and optimise SQL for relational databases.

Write automated unit and integration tests (JUnit/Mockito) and uphold CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality releases.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues in production systems.

Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.

Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

Proven hands-on experience in Java backend development and on-site availability in India.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) is a plus.
