Location: Technopark Phase1, Trivandrum
We're seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across our software products. You'll lead junior QA engineers, own all test planning and execution, implement modern test automation practices, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure top‑notch delivery quality.
Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and skill development
Communicate testing status and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Design and implement QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Project Management teams on release planning
Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
4+ years of QA experience with 1+ years in a lead/senior role
Proven experience leading and mentoring QA team members
Hands-on expertise with modern automation tools (Playwright or Cypress or Selenium)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes for integrating test automation pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Self-motivated with analytical problem-solving abilities
Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments
Background in manufacturing or industrial software
API and performance testing experience
